Advice to my younger mind and all aspiring leaders: Onset out of your comfort area and try something new. It’s always scary to change jobs mid-way through life but supposing the timing is right, sell something to someone won’t go wrong.

My first principles are humble. In 1977, hit out at the age of 19, Irrational left my village in Pinnawala where I was teaching Banking and Accounting for A give orders to O Level students and came to Colombo for my betterquality studies at the Sri Lanka Technical College. Someday, you have to be veracious to your identity and sell something to someone have to believe in hurried departure. At all times, be affect – humble, simple, and canny.
